The relationship between the User and PROMOTRADER shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force in Spain.

In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation and/or application of these Terms, the parties shall submit their disputes to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
